THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EXPRESS PROFESSIONAL, INC. DOING BUSINESS AS FAST EASY ACCOUNTING. FOR PURPOSES OF BREVITY GOING FORWARD THIS AGREEMENT WILL REFERENCE FAST EASY ACCOUNTING AS THE COMPANY.
BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH AND EVERY TERM AND CONDITION.
1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in Fast Easy Accounting’s Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow a link between your website and

Accounting Store web site Please note that throughout this Agreement, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fast Easy Accounting, and "you," "your," and "yours" refer to the affiliate.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1. We may reject your application at our sole discretion. We may cancel your application if we determine that your site be unsuitable for our Program, including if it:
2.1.1. Promotes sexually explicit materials
2.1.2. Promotes violence
2.1.3. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
2.1.4. Promotes illegal activities
2.1.5. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
2.1.6. Includes "Merchant" or variations or misspellings thereof in its domain name
2.1.7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
2.1.8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.
2.1.9. You may not create or design your website or any other website that you operate, explicitly or implied in a manner which resembles our website nor designs your website in a manner which leads customers to believe you are Fast Easy Accounting or any other affiliated business.
2.2. Fast Easy Accounting reserves the right, at any time, to review your placement and approve the use of Your Links and require that you change the placement or use to comply with the guidelines provided to you.
2.5. It is entirely your responsibility to follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws that pertain to your site. You must have express permission to use any person's copyrighted material, whether it be a writing, an image, or any other copyrightable work. We will not be responsible (and you will be solely responsible) if you use another person's copyrighted material or other intellectual property in violation of the law or any third party rights.
The primary goal for our affiliate program is to assist all Construction Contractors all around the world with a variety of services and products Fast Easy Accounting offers in its related websites and to acquire new customers.
We will accept various types of blogs, websites, construction advisors, consultants, supplier, vendors, and podcasts that help support and promote Construction Contractors to operate and grow their companies.
We call our affiliates "brand ambassadors" for a specific reason. We prefer our ambassadors to be passionate about helping raise the living standard of all Construction Contractors and their employees.

As a Fast Easy Accounting affiliate, you receive:
Minimum 25% commission on every sale unless otherwise noted (some products and services pay more than 25%). Payment is made monthly and thirty days after the sale on the 10th day of the following month. No minimum payout. For example, sales made during the month of January payment will be disbursed on March 10th. Charge-backs and refunds will be deducted from payments due to affiliate. 30-day look-back for qualifying sales. Payments paid using PayPal.
Getting Started
Participating in the Fast Easy Accounting Affiliate Program is easy! Click "Join Now" and register through our affiliate program network, Refersion.
Advertise Fast Easy Accounting with a link, banner, or ad on your blog or website. The commission is 25% of purchases made by your affiliate link.
Once you submit your application, you may be emailed and asked additional questions about your website. Once reviewed by our staff, you will normally hear back from us in 1-5 business days with our response to your application.
Our staff will review your site for the following items to determine whether or not to accept you into our network:
-Disallowed sites include anything illegal, porn, hate, and any inflammatory content on your site or on sites that you link to related sites.
-Other miscellaneous factors
If approved as a brand ambassador (and in addition to your commission):
-You'll be added to a brand ambassadors mailing list.
-For ads (sidebar/banner) and badges, only use the Refersion images provided (if you
need a different size, just let us know!).
-Do not create your own coupons to promote Fast Easy Accounting products.
-You must include an appropriate disclaimer whenever using your affiliate link.
-There will be no commission on purchases you make using your own affiliate link. However, if you want to test the system, you may do so by using one of our free products
-No Black Hat Practices (such as "cookie stuffing" or using a link that looks like it goes to your blog but then redirects to the Fast Easy Accounting store).
-Don't overdo it. Too many plugs for Fast Easy Accounting can be counterproductive.
-Bogus sales leads will not be eligible for the Affiliate Commissions and could result in affiliate being terminated and removed from this and all future programs.
**NOTE** If accepted in the program you will receive earned commission once a month through PayPal less any refunds, so please sign up for our affiliate program with your PayPal email.
